America’s Re-affirmation of Our Divinely Inspired Founders Basic Beliefs From the Revolutionary War to our day, “we the people” have sadly seen a gradual departure from the wise and knowledgeable basic beliefs of our Founders, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence. For many decades in America, we have failed to teach the rising generations those lofty principles that gave birth to the freest, most prosperous, strongest and caring nation on earth. We have misapplied and misconstrued those basic Constitutional principles, allowing ideas that are antithetical to freedom to creep into our schools and our national policies through the work and notions of so called “progressives”, men and women who wrest the Constitution to suit their purposes and promote their ideas. Many modern-day progressives like to blame our American Founders, the original Constitution, the Ten Commandments, God and guns for her ills such as racism, slavery, religious bigotry, corporate greed, wars, etc. They say those lofty principles are out dated, old-fashioned or out of touch with our modern-day society and even harmful to us as a people. They gather money and buy up armies of people to raise their banner of political war demanding change, meaning they want to distort our heritage, CHANGE our American form of government and replace it with their own vision of American government. They apparently, as history has proven, don’t realize that there are only two choices of government. One is tyranny, poverty, enslavement and a destruction of human rights. The other choice is freedom, prosperity, strength, goodness and a protector of human rights. They want to destroy the very form of government that gave them the freedom to speak out for their ideas of CHANGE. The whims of man are ever changing. God’s laws that govern the universe are constant, never changing. That is why our Founders wanted a strict interpretation of the Constitution by our courts not an “elastic or flexible” interpretation. WE AFFIRM: along with our Founders, that the Supreme Court should honor a strict interpretation of the original Constitution and that our Constitution is not an elastic Constitution to be easily changed by every wind of human doctrine. WE PROCLAIM: that all religions be promoted and have a strong voice in America! We proclaim that it is the will of the people that the Ten Commandments, the teachings of Jesus Christ, our national Christian holidays, scripture reading, prayer and the basic beliefs of our Founders be restored into our American culture, including all of her schools, colleges and universities by removing all restrictions that hinder freedom of religion. Our Founders had a deep and abiding faith in a Creator who they believed created all things. Most of them believed that the Creator was Jesus Christ, the true Prince of Peace, the Savior and Redeemer of all mankind. America was founded as a Christian nation. |

Diamond Rio Song yet to be released - listen to it..........sound up They received an immediate resounding standing ovation, and continue to do so every time they perform it! Everyone who loves America should be thrilled to hear this song! Although Diamond Rio has never before done a statement song, they felt compelled to record 'In God We Still Trust.' But guess what? Sadly, major radio stations wouldn't play it because it was considered 'politically incorrect'. If this offering speaks to your heart and you want to share it with others, please do. A LITTLE VALUABLE WISDOM
You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner by pulling the wage payer down. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred. You cannot build character and courage by taking away people’s initiative and independence. You cannot help people permanently by doing for them what they could do for themselves. (From Abraham Lincoln) “The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.” (Cicero, 55 BC) Capitalism has become a dirty word in America in our day. It is the principle of “free enterprise” (Capitalism) that made America and her citizens prosperous. |
It was our Founders, not the Supreme Court that gave us the freedom to pray, conduct worship services and follow the example of Christ as we see fit. This is what made us who we are as a people, not our secular accomplishments, our wealth or the battles we won. The teachings and inspiration of God made our nation great, not the political parties. God, since the days of Adam and Eve, has preserved America as a choice land, a nation above all other lands, a promised land so that our Founders, both men and women, could be positioned by God to win the Revolutionary War and write our freedom documents. WE AFFIRM: the United States of America has a Manifest Destiny to be a light, example and a blessing to the entire human race. It was they that planted the seeds of goodness, greatness and opportunity for all of us, and our children for many generations to come. They showed the entire world a success formula for the best government on earth. Should we not be honoring them and be grateful for the tremendous sacrifices and leadership they provided for us to follow? The Constitution was written not only for America but for the entire human race. It provided freedom and offered prosperity to everyone regardless of race, religion, gender or ethnic background. Had it not been written, freedom and prosperity would not have existed. It was this religious foundation and our Founder’s determination to be free and prosperous that made America strong and free. Could it be that our Founders had it right for our day as well as theirs? They, largely from the teachings in the Bible, knew human nature was such, that if men get a little authority as they suppose, they immediately begin to exercise unrighteous dominion over others. That is why they wrote the Constitution. They wanted the “chains of the Constitution” to bind government down from their mischief and protect the citizen’s unalienable rights. They believed that all human rights came from God, not man. In their great wisdom, they knew that if people did not believe in God, a God that holds men accountable in the next life for how they treat each other in this life, then people could do anything they wanted (murder, rape, genocide, enslavement of others, lie, cheat, steal, child abuse, killing of the unborn, terrorism, etc.) and never be held accountable for their actions, thus, no consequences and no justice. When there is no justice and people suffer, the innate will of mankind or man’s spirit cries out for a demand of justice which usually ends in anarchy and opens the door for tyranny by those officials over them. Our Founders knew full well this cycle of human nature and wrote our freedom documents to guard the people against it. WE AFFIRM: our divinely inspired Declaration of Independence based on the “laws of nature” and of “nature's God”, in part, was designed by our Creator to protect the innocent unborn, insuring their right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. WE AFFIRM: abortion and same-sex marriage is an abomination to God and is leading to the destruction of the natural family and ultimate collapse of our nation. WE AFFIRM: our Founders believed in a strong national defense (moral & military). Peace through strength, said George Washington. WE AFFIRM: our support for our Founders beliefs of peace, commerce and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none. WE AFFIRM: America's right to defend herself against all enemies, both foreign and domestic, including terrorists and extremist Islamic ideologies that promote the belief that killing “infidels” such as Christians, Jews and gentiles or exterminating them is justified by their god. WE AFFIRM: our right to practice the religion of our choice, free speech (including political incorrectness), to keep and bear arms, protect our borders and all other guarantees of liberty our Constitution provides. WE PROCLAIM: America was founded as a Republic (representative government), not a Democracy (one person one vote). There is a powerful educational movement being promoted by modern-day "progressives" in our country to do away with our Founders Electoral College, which is made up of knowledgeable, experienced and wise representatives of the people. Progressives want all our representatives to be elected by a majority of uneducated masses that can be easily swayed by charismatic politicians who possess the ability to convince people that they alone can solve all their social and/or financial ills. Dictators, tyrants and traitors have been using Democracies to get power and gain over the people since history began. Our Founders knew that and feared a pure Democracy. That is why they created a balance of power between a popular vote of the masses, the Electoral College, and having federal representatives appointed by knowledgeable state representatives, to create a Republic. In this manner the people had more control over elections because the power was kept in the hands of knowledgeable and wise people at a local level rather than on a federal level. The 17th amendment however, when added to the Constitution, did away with appointed federal representatives, thus stripping off a layer of extra protection from the evils of a Democracy. In actuality, America is a Democratic Republic because we still have one vote for each person and the Electoral College. Once the Electoral College is eliminated, our nation then becomes a Democracy, which our Founders believed to be a bad form of government. WE PROCLAIM: the 17th amendment be repealed due to the fact that it takes control away from the states and gives too much power to the federal government and destroys state “sovereignty”. Our politicians in Washington D. C. were to represent us and the states not become high paid federal employees. WE PROCLAIM: the 16th amendment was taken out of Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto and transplanted into our American Constitution in 1909, which has caused great corruption and confusion in America. It should be repealed and replaced with a fair tax that is apportioned equally to all American citizens, rich, middle class and poor alike. We have seen our beloved America, a sovereign nation, go from a “light on a hill” for the entire world to an America adrift with no rudder, confused, divided, morally and financially weakened and quickly becoming “level” with other darkening and oppressive ideologies of the world. WE AFFIRM: the original Constitution was written to control government and protect the rights of the people. This is the proper role of government. It is not the role of government to take care of the people from the cradle to the grave. That is the responsibility of each person, family, church groups or private organizations if individuals cannot care for themselves. WE PROCLAIM: that “we the people” want to be self-reliant, not government reliant. WE AFFIRM: strong local government is the keystone to preserving human freedom and that government should be administered on the lowest possible level, a principle our Founders learned from the Holy Bible (Exodus & Deuteronomy) when Moses’ father-in-law, Jethro, taught Moses to organize his free people into groups of 10’s, 100’s, and 1,000’s with a wise and knowledgeable leader selected by the people over each group in order to throw off the bondage of a cumbersome and unworkable form of government. WE AFFIRM: our Founder’s belief in a rule of law based on ancient Israel’s “People’s Law” and Anglo-Saxon’s “Common Law”, where the entire code of justice is based primarily on reparation to the victim rather than fines and punishment by the commonwealth. We the people are allowing our leaders to go against the knowledge and wisdom of our Founders by allowing such a huge concentration of power in Washington D. C. that we are no longer the land of the free and prosperous, but a land of debtors beholding to the dictates of the welfare state and national and global financial elites. Our American form of government in our day is being CHANGED rapidly. On the 3rd of October 2008, President Bush, with the approval of Congress, signed into law the federal financial “bail out” bill, thus opening the floodgates of FREE MONEY FOR EVERYONE! Our servants drove the final nail in the coffin of the land of the free. But we are not buried yet! We are, however, vulnerable to be ruled by powerful people who have opposed and continue to oppose our divinely inspired Constitution. WE AFFIRM: the burden of debt is as destructive to freedom as subjugation by conquest. WE PROCLAIM: America’s current banking system is out of integrity with our Founder’s ideology and is now broken, collapsing under it’s own weight because of that. Big banks have built a financial empire, making enormous amounts of money, not to mention the tremendous power they possess. This financial system, not our Founders financial system, is called “fractional banking or reserve banking”, not based on anything of intrinsic value. Powerful global elites and progressives (Secular Humanists) have openly disenfranchised themselves from “we the people”, setting themselves up as “Kingmen” ruling over their subjects, we the “ Freemen”. They became the masters and we the people became the oppressed. In 1913, under President Woodrow Wilson, America's once sound and stable monetary system based on precious metals or the gold and silver standard of true weights and measures was transferred from control of Congress and our Treasury Department to the United States Federal Reserve Bank, which is neither federal nor reserve. On April 5th 1933, one month after his inauguration, President Franklin D. Roosevelt declared a national emergency and ordered all gold coins, gold bullion and gold certificates to be returned to the Federal Reserve banks by May 1st. The American people received Federal Reserve notes redeemable in silver. On June 24th 1968, President Lyndon Johnson issued a proclamation that henceforth Federal Reserve silver certificates were merely fiat legal tender and could no longer be redeemed in silver. On December 31st 1970, President Richard Nixon authorized the treasury to issue debased “sandwich” dollars and half dollars. Under the Bush administration, America’s motto, “In God We Trust”, was removed from the face of our dollar coins and put barely visible on the rim. Today the American economy operates under a monetary system that is completely outside the Constitution. Its fiat money is continually manipulated both in value and in quantity. This has had a devastating impact on its purchasing power. It has eroded the value of savings, insurance policies, retirement funds and fixed incomes of the elderly, not to mention the devastation to our current economy. There are a total of 545 people (100 Senators, 435 Congressmen, one President and nine Supreme Court Judges) out of 300 million people who are directly, legally, morally and individually responsible for the domestic problems plaguing our country. Many of them are trying to convince us, and each other, that what they did was not their fault. Isn’t it time that all 545 of them either be replaced, or demonstrate their reaffirmation of faith in our Founders ideology? WE PROCLAIM: that our government Representatives who voted for the federal bail out voted against the will of the people, a vote of surrender to greed, corruption and Socialism, again ignoring the founding principles of our great Republic without a shot being fired! We consider that to be a violation of their oaths of office! Both major political parties and the news media have been GUILTY of helping to make this happen by their acts of commission and/or omission. WE PROCLAIM: no more “career politicians” using the age-old technique of elect, elect, tax, tax, spend, spend to get elected time and time again. We promote term limits of only two terms in office for Senators and three terms of office for our Representatives. WE PROCLAIM: a return to an honest, sound, constitutional banking system, that it be reclaimed and managed by a virtuous Congress and Treasury Department in accordance with the Constitution. WE PROCLAIM: No government has the right to forcibly take money from the haves and give to the have-nots, giving to the poor, schools, special interest groups or government “bail-outs”. Progressives like to call that “compassion.” They justify it by saying, “America is a wealthy nation, we can afford to spread the wealth around.” If we as individuals did that to one another, it would be called theft! This corrupt practice strikes at the very heart of every person's God given right of agency and freedom and of giving from the heart. Forced giving is called the “welfare state” and proven throughout history to be a scourge, impoverishment and enslavement to mankind. It’s God’s plan of salvation for all mankind to choose good over evil, right over wrong. Freedom to choose was why the Constitution was written. Our Founders believed that taxes were necessary to support “limited” government but not to keep the people relying on government support. A LITTLE VALUABLE WISDOM You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. (Abraham Lincoln) “The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.” (Cicero, 55 BC) Through the beliefs and work of progressives in America, CAPITALISM has become a dirty word in our day. Dictators around the globe also hate America because of their limited and distorted view of Capitalism. They, with their false beliefs, confuse and compare Capitalism and it’s growth around the globe, thinking that Capitalism is the same as IMPERIALISM. They refuse to accept the truth that Capitalism is not the same thing as Imperialism. It is the principle of “free enterprise” (Capitalism) that made America and her citizens prosperous. Capitalism, if done right as suggested in Adam Smith’s book, The Wealth of Nations, is the very thing that people around the world need, that are hopelessly immersed in poverty and slavery, to put them into a world of prosperity and freedom. This is done with friendly persuasion, the American way, not force or fear, the Dictators way. Imperialism is the opposite of Capitalism. Imperialism and nations that subscribe to it, believe they can force their traditions and governmental system on others, just as the Monarchs of old, the Nazi’s of the 40’s, the Communists and the religious bigots are now doing. When Imperialists fight wars in other nations, they occupy them, forcing their values on those they conquer. The only nation in the world that America has ever fought a war where they conquered a people, occupied it and forced their values on them, was within her own borders against the Indian Nation. WE PROCLAIM: citizens undertaking “free enterprise” should be insured their rights to TRY, BUY, SELL and FAIL. Government can only intervene in the affairs of free enterprise if one is found committing crimes of ILLEGAL FORCE, FRAUD, MONOPLOY and/or DEBACHERY. Our Founders never intended for governments, local and national, to compete with private enterprise. WE PROCLAIM: it is the primary responsibility of parents or guardians to insure the education of their children. It is the RIGHT of the parent or guardian TO CHOOSE which type of schooling they expose their children to based upon the curriculum, values and needs of the parents and children. No parent or guardian should ever be FORCED to pay taxes to support public schools if they have no children attending them. All school curriculums should be transparent. After reviewing the curriculum of public schools and if it does not reflect the values of the parents or guardians, they have the RIGHT TO CHOOSE another school. If their choice is home or church schooling, so be it. Government has no right, without consent of the people, to regulate home or church schooling, the curriculum or any of the values being taught, unless a crime occurs against the children. While America stampedes under the global warming scare and signs on to the global “green movement”, her citizens are caught in the crossfire of, and the mercy of, those that want POWER & GAIN. All other countries drill and pump oil off their shores, even Cuba off the Florida coast and Russia off the coast of Alaska, but not America. Why is that? WE AFFIRM: that we should all have a certain “reverence” for our planet much like Native American’s. We should all be responsible to keep it free of trash and pollution, but not be forced on a global scale to do so. As regulations are needed, it should be done on a local level. Our Creator put oil, gas and coal into the earth to be used as energy when mankind needed it. God is in charge of our planet, not puny man. Our planet has always gone through natural cycles of heating, cooling, expanding and contracting and will do so in the future. In depth research will prove that the idea of “global warming” is a gigantic ploy to create world Socialism or a “New World Order”, ruled by the Kingmen of the United Nations. In 1975, a similar myth originating from the radical environmentalists was “global freezing”. This form of incongruity is being forced on the people of the world, and should be exposed. America has become indebted financially to, and dependent on, foreign countries for most of their energy sources and is preoccupied with the global warming scare. Once again our governmental leaders are not heeding the great wisdom of our Founders who warned us against “entangling alliances” with other nations. While many current American representatives and other leaders are fighting for POWER & GAIN, we the undersigned are fighting for our families, our freedoms, our rights, our homes, our land, our Constitution, our Declaration of Independence and our God. WE PROCLAIM: our President, Secretary of State and American Ambassadors negotiate commerce, peace and friendly relations globally after said negotiations are brought to completion with the approval of Congress, not the United Nations. WE AFFIRM: a free people cannot survive under a republican constitution unless they remain virtuous and morally strong. WE AFFIRM: the most promising method of securing a virtuous and morally stable nation is to elect virtuous leaders. WE AFFIRM: the proper role of government is to protect equal rights, not provide equal things. WE AFFIRM: all men are created EQUAL with certain “unalienable rights”, equal under God, equal under the bar of justice and equal in their rights and that those rights come from God, not from government. WE AFFIRM: only limited and carefully defined powers (balance of power) should be delegated to government, all others being retained by the people. WE PROCLAIM: the modern term “progressive” is not one of progress but one of destruction for America and her posterity. Modern progressive ideology, when compared to the ideology of our Founders, is totally opposite. It’s more akin to Marxist and/or Fascist ideology. WE PROCLAIM: the two extremes of government are not between left & right with moderates in the middle, but between anarchy and tyranny with the Constitution as a balance point in the middle. WE PROCLAIM: both major political parties should be debating which party would uphold the original Constitution the best, not which party can provide the most entitlement programs that leave “the working class” purses empty. WE PROCLAIM: our federal government be limited to their original 20 enumerated powers, as declared by our Founders, part of which should include a strong military, FBI, CIA, etc., and put the power of government back in the hands of the people and their respective states. WE PROCLAIM: now is the time to protect our families by all Americans getting involved in this educational CAUSE, by taking back our out of control government and to once again place government under the guidance of good people armed with KNOWLEDGE and WISDOM! WE PROCLAIM: There is no moral outrage, because there are no morals. “… where the spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty.” (2 Corinthians 3:17) Could it be we need to rededicate our lives to restoring those principles? We, the undersigned, pledge our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor, so help us God, to counter this “abuse of power” educationally on every front through seminars, books, tapes and other teaching aids taught from the Founders point of view. WE AFFIRM: America was founded as a Christian nation and shall remain a Christian nation forever, if we are a vigilant and righteous people. This is the REAL HOPE and CHANGE needed in our day, to protect our posterity for the future! We believe, with the help of our Creator, which we humbly seek, and with the aid of many knowledgeable and right thinking people, this “PROCLAMATION OF LIBERTY” can truly help unite, heal and strengthen our land. We therefore move forward in launching this vigorous and bold CAUSE. We the undersigned AFFIRM the FOUNDING PRINCIPLES of our great “Republic” by learning or relearning them and supporting the principles contained in this PROCLAMATION.
